Before Your Visit
New Patients
Thank you for choosing our practice as your healthcare provider. If you want to establish with your preferred provider, please call the office to speak with their staff. We want to ensure that your first visit with us is as smooth and efficient as possible. To achieve this, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. During this time, you will be asked to complete several forms, including patient information, privacy notices, and financial policy agreement. These forms are necessary to ensure that we have all the information we need to provide you with the best possible care. Additionally, we ask that you bring a copy of your insurance card or necessary insurance information so that we may copy it for our billing office. This will help us to process your claims in a timely and accurate manner. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
Appointments
Our receptionists are available to assist you during our regular business hours, which are from 9:00 am -12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We understand that your time is valuable, and we want to ensure that you receive the best possible service. Therefore, we encourage you to call us after 10:00 am if your call is not urgent, as our phones tend to be busiest between 9:00 and 10:00 am. We are committed to providing prompt and efficient care to all our patients, especially those who are sick. If your child is unwell and needs an appointment, we will do our best to see them on the same day you call. However, please note that our Well Child appointments may not be as immediately available, as we must leave space for ill children. Therefore, we kindly request that you schedule your well child exams as far in advance as possible. Finally, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your plans. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance to let us know. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need it. After Hours Care
At RAMBLC Pediatric Medical Group, we understand that medical emergencies can happen at any time. That's why we have medical personnel available after regular office hours to assist you. If you have an urgent medical condition arise after our regular office hours, call our office as usual to reach our answering service. Our staff member will call you back to assist you and make arrangements for you to be seen by a physician on call or at an emergency room or urgent care center if necessary. Please use our after hours services for urgent matters only. If your call is deemed to be non-urgent, the call may generate a charge.
