After Hours Care

RAMBLC Pediatric Medical Group has medical personnel available after regular office hours to help you if needed. If your child has an urgent medical condition arise after our regular office hours and it cannot wait until we are back in the office, call our office as usual to reach our answering service. The answering service operators will take your message and forward it to our after hours advice staff member. Our staff member will call you back to assist you. If it is determined that your child needs to be seen, an appointment will be made with the physician on call that night or arrangements to be seen at the emergency room or urgent care center will be made.

If you call after 10 PM on weekdays and 8 PM on weekends seeking medical advice, you will be forwarded to a nurse at the Cleveland Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital advice line. Both our after hours staff and the staff at Cleveland Rainbow are in close contact with the RAMBLC physician on call.

Please use our after hours services for urgent matters only. For non-urgent matters, our office staff is available to you during regular business hours.
